Apple Music is one of the leading music-streaming services out there. First debuted back in 2015 and Apple Music quickly gained trust among users worldwide. The release of the Apple Music has put Apple in contention with Spotify, the world’s number one music-streaming service.
Apple Music now has its steps in most parts of the world, and Apple has been busy expanding it to more devices. Last year, the Cupertino firm brought its music-streaming service to Amazon Echo smart speakers, allowing users to stream their music from their iPhone to an Echo. Apple is now launching its music service to Amazon Fire TV out there. This means that Fire TV owners now can stream their favorite music tracks from Apple Music to their stick. In reality, we heard a lot of rumors regarding the release of Apple Music release on Fire TV prior to the official announcement.
The coolest thing is that you can control your music playback using the Alexa app on your iPhone. However, Apple Music support for Echo devices is only available to customers in the US and we are expecting a wider rollout this year. Sources say that Apple will bring Apple Music support for Echo speakers to the UK and Canada. Apple is expected to announce a big update to its music-streaming service at this year’s WWDC. Sources have suggested that there will be a new user interface and a better third-party app integration. Also, Apple Music price will get lower in some countries, which serves as a way to boost sales.
We are now so close to Apple’s March event where it will showcase new software updates and hardware. We are expecting to see a new iPad, a cheaper HomePod, and TV service. Apple has been working on its own TV service for years, and it’s now ready for launch. Last year, Apple announced an iPad at its March event and we hope to see more at this year’s event.
Apple’s March event will take place on March 25 at Steve Jobs Theater in California. And Apple will provide a live stream of the event on multiple platforms.
