How to Forward iCloud Emails to Another Email Address

Apple users usually use iCloud for cloud storage, photo storage, syncing of emails, apps etc. The iCloud email server has also an individual email inbox like any other email client. You can use the app interface or web interface of iCloud to perform common mail operations such as forwarding, deleting mails, adding CC or BCC and more. If you are iCloud newbie and looking forward to an easy way of forwarding iCloud emails to some other email address, you should follow these steps below.

Steps to Forward Emails from iCloud mail to Gmail, Yahoo

Step 1: First, you need to log into your iCloud account and then Click on iCloud Email.

Step 2: Click on ‘Show Actions menu’ (it looks like a gear icon) at the top left corner.

Step 3: Select Preferences from the new menu and then choose the General tab when the Preferences dialog box opens.

Step 4: Check Forward my email to:’ option under the Forwarding section

Step 5: You can also check the ‘Delete messages after forwarding’ option in case you want your email to be deleted after forwarding.

Step 6:  If you have to delete your emails after forwarding, you can verify this functionality by sending and forwarding an email to your own email address.

Step 7:  Forwarding will now start automatically. There is not any formality to attend, including the Terms and Conditions agreement is not necessary either.

Step 8: Click on Done to close.

Once you complete all the steps, you are now able to forward your iCloud emails to the email address you want without any issue. Now you just open your Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Hotmail, Aim or other email service and read your iCloud emails there.
