Steps to show a metric in Workouts for Apple Watch

You are able to add a max of five metrics shown on your Apple Watch during a workout.

Step 1: First off, you will need to open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Next, you need to tap My Watch tab. Scroll down a bit till you see Workout. Just tap it, and then Workout View.

Step 3: You are now asked to tap the workout you would like to customize.

Step 4: Tap Edit that is located in the upper right corner of your screen.

Step 5: Tap the Add button beside the metric that you would like to include.

Step 6: Once you are finished, tap Done.

From now on, that metric will appear on the screen of the Watch every time you choose that type of workout.

If you want to hide a metric in workouts for Apple Watch, after tapping Edit, you simply tap the Remove button beside the metric that you would like to hide, and then tap Remove > Done.

If you want to reorder metrics in workouts for Apple Watch, after tapping Edit, you simply tap the reorder button beside the metric that you would like to move, drag the metric to your desired location, and then tap Done.

Steps to view a single metric for Apple Watch

Step 1: Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Next, you need to tap My Watch tab. Scroll down a bit till you see Workout. Just tap it, and then Workout View.

Step 3: Lastly, tap Single Metric.
